Working closely with the client from inception, the brief was to define the brand both visually and strategically, and to create an engaging experience for staff and guests, across all touch-points of the user journey.
The result, in opposition to a straight-jacket set of guidelines, is a flexible and adaptive ‘brand world’ of collateral.
